Steel Magnolias (1989) was filmed in Natchitoches, Louisiana: the Steel Magnolia House on Jefferson Street, St. Augustine Church at Isle Brevelle, Front Street and Cane River Lake, American Cemetery and Beau Jardin. Follow Shelby's wedding day, the Christmas festival, a funeral and an Easter egg hunt through the real streets of the town that played Chinquapin Parish.
